Missions

All through the Word of God, from Genesis to Revelation, Scripture presents the heartbeat of God - world missions. As believers, Jesus commanded us to make disciples of all nations. Kevin & Beth Lynne

Mission Aviation Fellowship

My ministry with MAF involves using my skills as a pilot and mechanic to partner with the evangelical Christian missions and growing indigenous churches in Papua. My flying primarily supports local/national and Western missionary families living and working interior. And further, in support of the growing churches where planted, to help them send their missionaries and support them as they catch the vision to “go and tell”. An important part of our ministry is the relationships developed with the missionaries and nationals we work with as well as those we serve. They need to see Christ living in me as my reason to come and work here - more than meeting their flying needs, they need a Christian brother to work alongside as the Gospel goes out, to love them and to encourage them. It’s at times very rewarding and enjoyable, but can be draining as well.

Bruce & Deb Robinson

Haiti

God has us working in Northwest Haiti among some of the poorest people in the hemisphere. We are involved in helping local churches that the Haitians have planted get to critical mass. This means helping with get a trained leader into these churches, helping build a place for him to live, building church and school buildings, helping with water needs since many people still walk miles for water, and anything else we can help with to help the churches be able to stand on their own. With Calvary Chapel Gulf Breeze, we have built a combination church and elementary school building at La Corne. This recently planted church is reaching out to this unevangelized area.
